The Pregnancy Care Center of Jay County opened in 1993 and is an affiliate of Heartbeat International. The Center does not turn away anyone in need of our services. We are able to provide for others because of the generous donations of our supporters. The Pregnancy Care Center of Jay County is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and a member of The Jay County Chamber of Commerce. Our office is in downtown Portland, Indiana, by the beautiful Arch Bridge.

Our Staff

The Pregnancy Care Center has a wonderful group serving as volunteers. These women have given us the best they have to offer, while believing that Jesus has led them to the Pregnancy Care Center. They continue to volunteer and share their love with the clients and their families. Our director has been in this position for sixteen years and served as a member of our board prior to joining us as director.
